PDNC Meeting Saturday, January 29, at the McKimmon Center - Room 9 - 9:30 am - 11:30 am

Dear Progressive Democrat,

PDNC will meet on Saturday, January 29, 9:30 am - 11:30 am at the McKimmon Center, 1101 Gorman Street, Raleigh, in Room 9. The State Executive Committee of the North Carolina Democratic Party will meet at 12 NOON.

NCDP candidates David Parker (chair), Delmas Parker (2nd Vice Chair), Tony McEwen (3rd Vice Chair), and Kevin Smith (Secretary) will stop by to talk with us. Other candidates may do so as well if they find the time.

We have posted David Parker's, Bill Faison's and Dannie Montgomery's responses to our questionnaire on our website.

Topics on the agenda include how to respond to the Republicans' proposed budget cuts, their alarming roll-back of progressive policies, and the coming redistricting fight.

We will also discuss mobilizing for HKonJ on February 12 and planning a NC Progressive Summit.
