PDNC Executive Committee Meeting 5/1/07

from PDNC phone conference 5/1/07

Present:
Pete, David, Chris, Isaac, Pete, Susan, Delmas, Matilda, and Helen

I. 
Confirmed who will be attending meeting on May 5 in Winston:

  Delmas,
Chris, Pete, Matilda, Susan, Isaac, Mike and Helen   (David puts
family first!)   

     Others who have verified
they will attend:

 Leslie Holder, Ryan Eller, Joyce McCloy,  Al McShirley, Tony Clark (plus new progressive chair of N.
 Hampton Co.) Tom Morris   

     Issac will check with George Six and Susan Oehler & Matilda will
check on Mac Whatley
 Mike Sprague and Mindy (?) will also be contacted.

 Those who are able to will meet for early dinner
after the meeting.

II. 
Fundraising:  Susan
will contact Matilda, Helen, David, and Issaac regarding strategies prior to
meeting on May 5.  Phone conference proposed for fundraising commitee on
Thursday evening and Susan will email everyone to get a time set.

III.  Discussing agenda for Saturday:

time set for Annual Meeting....Sept. 15  (NC Pride on Sept. 19)
